Orange flower water has traditionally been used in Mediterranean food, more specifically in traditional desserts but recently some creative bar tenders stated using Orange flower water in some cocktail drinks such ass Ramos Gin Fizz. Orange Blossom Water most noticeable use is in Middle Eastern Sweet syrup (Also known as Atter) it is added to the Arab variants of Baklava, Namoura and many others. Typically Orange blossom water has a very strong flavor and used in very small amount just to add supplemental background aroma to the food. Take extra caution; Orange Flower water if used in access will add a bitter taste that is typically unpleasant, but if used as described by in traditional recipes it will add richness to the flavor that a person will only notice if the Orange Flower water is missing from the recipe.
